We believe that our Youth are our greatest Assets!

We at Urban Fusion have always believed that “HOW” we deal and see youth is just as important as “WHAT” we teach.   It was very important for us to find a method that we believed in and provided our staff with tools to serve our mission to our highest capacity.   The Search Institute’s Developmental Assets, otherwise known as Asset Building was our answer.

The Asset Building framework is our chosen method for youth development.
